About the Workshop

It can be either, depending on your preferences, location, and budget.

A maximum of 10 attendees.

This workshop is ideal for senior executives, founding teams, and high performance employees in startups, venture firms, corporations, and other innovative organizations.

The workshop is comprised of three 90-minute blocks, with ample time for breaks and lunch. With breaks, it takes approximately 6 hours. While the start and end times are flexible, here is a sample agenda:
10AM-11:30AM: Session 1
11:30AM-12:30PM: Lunch
12:30PM-2:00PM: Session 2
2:00PM-2:30PM: Break
2:30PM-4:00PM: Session 3

The cost is dependent on the number of attendees as well as the medium (in person vs. virtual). The price ranges from $3,000-$6,000, not including travel.
Part I: Cognitive Diversity
Morning Session
Objective: To identify the cognitive diversity of each participant that contributes to their unique creative, entrepreneurial, and innovative potential.
Overview: Each of us is wired uniquely. Cognitive diversity refers to the differences in strengths, perspectives, and lived experiences that contribute to our potential in the workplace. By learning about the cognitive diversity of ourselves and those we work with, we can tap into our strengths, compensate for our shortcomings, pursue work that’s fulfilling, and move toward a state of high performance.
Agenda:
Learn the research behind cognitive diversity, including the role of personality traits, neurodiversity, adversity, and more
Rotating partner chats to identify our own cognitive diversity
Reflection exercise to link cognitive diversity to creative potential
Part II: Self-Actualization
Early Afternoon Session
Objective: To identify the activities, environments, and triggers that are uniquely creativity-inducing to each participant.
Overview: Based on our wiring, each of us will have a unique roadmap for self-actualization: For achieving a sense of authenticity, purpose, and flow. When we understand what self-actualization looks and feels like for us, we can more readily can tap into flow states, embody authentic leadership, find meaning in the workplace, and fulfill our greatest potential.
Agenda:
Learn about the research behind self-actualization, including flow states, autotelic activities, peak experiences, and more
Rotating partner chats to identify our unique matrix for self-actualization
Reflection exercise to turn this matrix into concrete personal strategies
Part III: Creativity, Actualized
Late Afternoon Session
Objective: To learn concrete strategies for designing teams, projects, and work environments with cognitive diversity, self-actualization, and creativity in mind.
Overview: It’s time to turn our knowledge into action. At this point, every participant will have a deep understanding of their own cognitive diversity and self-actualization potential. Now, we can apply this knowledge to team dynamics, creative projects, and work environments. By exploring our own creativity within the context of a larger group, we can be more empowered to create work condition that maximize everyone’s unique potential.
Agenda:
Learn about the research behind self-actualization, including flow states, autotelic activities, peak experiences, harmonious passion, and more
Rotating partner chats to brainstorm teams, projects, and environments
